  5. Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 2 tsp
  6. Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder): ½ tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder): ½ tsp
  8. Vegetable Oil (Tel): 2 tbsp
  9. Salt (Namak): 2 tsp
  10. Water (Paani): Approximately 1 ½ cups

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chenna Kunni

Wash the dried shrimps thoroughly in water to remove any dirt or debris. As they float, squeeze them dry to remove excess water.

Step 2: Prepare the Broad Beans

Remove the strings from the broad beans to take out the fibre. Cut them into small squares, about 3 cm in size.
