Returns and Replacement
At SpicyFinds.in, we are committed to ensuring that you have a positive shopping experience. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a return on the same day of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product delivered does not match your order (e.g., incorrect size or quantity).
- The product is spoiled, unfresh, or stale upon delivery.
We regret to inform you that returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The product must remain unused and in the same condition as when delivered.
- The item should have no missing parts and must weigh the same as it was originally packed.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return request.
Note: Please do not send the product back to us directly. We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, etc.).
- Refunds are typically processed within a few working days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
